The world logistics turmoil and therefore lack of available capacity is resulting in significant increases in ocean and land freight charges, both in the UK and globally.

We therefore regret to inform you of the following changes with immediate effect:

1. Standard shipping costs will increase to 3% of your net order value with a minimum charge of £8 and a maximum of £250.

2. All physical products will get a temporary additional logistics surcharge of 2%, with a minimum charge of £8 and a maximum of £250 to partially offset increases in global supply chain costs associated with bringing products into the UK.

This applies to physical items only and therefore does not apply to any software products, subscriptions or services products based on providing person-hours and non-physical goods.

We will monitor the situation and commit to you that we will only keep the logistics surcharge as long as the situation warrants it.

Standard delivery is three/four working days and five/six working days for Dangerous goods
