Product Returns

We will gladly accept and credit the full purchase price of merchandise returned in new and saleable condition, within 60 days of purchase. Credit will be issued upon receipt and evaluation of the merchandise. Please call for an Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number prior to returning any items. RMA Numbers are valid for 60 days. All returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Limited Warranty: The quality and value of all Laerdal products is supported by a limited warranty that provides assurance that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. A copy of the limited warranty for any product is available for your review prior to its purchase and may be obtained free of charge, please contact our Customer Services Department for further information.
